Indian Startups on X: build this knot

India's startup scene runs partly on X: funding announcements, founder threads about what went wrong, policy news, layoffs, launches and plenty of argument about all of them. Most of it is spread across personal accounts rather than one hashtag.

The knot catches the main tags and the phrases journalists use when they report on startups. Its real value is the member feed: add founders, reporters and investors you follow and you get a clean daily read of the ecosystem.

Who to add as members

Startup reporters, founders who post openly about building, early-stage investors and accelerator programmes. We don't list anyone by name: pick the people you already read, so the knot reflects your corner of the topic.

Once you add members, the builder makes three more feeds: everything they post, their posts on this topic, and replies sent to them.

Tips for this knot

  • Add your city or sector as a keyword for a focused feed.
  • Set Minimum likes to 50 for the stories everyone is discussing.
  • Keep funding news and job posts in separate knots if both get busy.
