Useful things to include:

• A bug in the knot builder or planner: what you typed, what you expected and what happened. If you can, attach the knot's exported JSON or paste its share link.
• A topic knot suggestion: the topic, the hashtags people use for it and anything that should be filtered out. We don't add individual people to topic knots.
• A correction: the page address and what's wrong. We fix factual mistakes quickly.

We read everything but can't promise to answer every message. We can't help with X account problems such as suspensions, logins or verification. Those go to X's Help Center.
